Our Commitment to Reliable Infrastructure

Metalcraft Automation operates through a network of specialized facilities designed to provide a comprehensive manufacturing ecosystem for complex engineering components. Their infrastructure includes a central machine shop and head office integrated with diverse foundry units capable of processing both ferrous materials like grey and spheroidal graphitic iron and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and brass. These units are equipped with a variety of technical assets, including vertical and turning centers, conventional milling machines, and induction furnaces, all supported by an in-house quality system that utilizes spectroscopic material analysis and precision measuring instruments. The facility layout emphasizes a green working environment with dedicated areas for future expansion, while operations are streamlined by an integrated cloud-based ERP and automated systems for sand processing and high-pressure molding.
